Since finishing her degree in International Business Management and Cultural Diversity in 2008, at the Cardiff Metropolitan University, Agnes has worked in IT recruiting. Over the years she has gained in-depth knowledge of the technology recruitment market and is happy to help with the most difficult to fill technology positions. Through her years of experience, as a senior tech-recruiter, she identifies candidates for expert-level roles and helps companies with C-level search assignments.

RICHARD HORWOOD-KÖHLER

Richard has been a technology recruiter since May 2005. Having worked in London, Bristol, Stuttgart, Zürich and Munich, he has developed a comprehensive knowledge of the European technology recruitment landscape. As an expert in both permanent, and freelancer recruiting, he is comfortable managing the most demanding of search assignments. Richard specialises in working with high-tech companies and making strategic hires. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Aberystwyth University and a master’s degree from King’s College London.
