Having worked in London, Bristol, Stuttgart, Zürich and Munich, he has developed a comprehensive knowledge of the European technology recruitment landscape. As an expert in both permanent, and freelancer recruiting, he is comfortable managing the most demanding of search assignments. Richard specialises in working with high-tech companies and making strategic hires. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Aberystwyth University and a master’s degree from King’s College London
Since finishing her degree in International Business Management and Cultural Diversity in 2008, at the Cardiff Metropolitan University, Agnes has worked in technical recruiting. Over the years she has gained in-depth knowledge of the recruitment market and is happy to help with the most difficult to fill Science, Technology & Engineering positions. Through her years of experience as a senior recruiter, she identifies candidates for expert-level roles and helps companies with C-level search assignments.
Sarah Teich has over 15 years of recruiting experience in both executive search and various companies. Her proven expertise lies in the fields of technology, medical health, startups, and finance. She has covered the entire spectrum of job placements, from entry-level positions to senior management and executive roles in large corporations. Since 2023, she has joined the Horwood-Köhler GmbH team as a Recruiting Manager, with a particular focus on the medical health, life science, and technology sectors.
