About Us
Richard Horwood-Köhler
Richard has been a technology recruiter since May 2005. Having worked in London, Bristol, Stuttgart, Zürich and Munich, he has developed a comprehensive knowledge of the European technology recruitment landscape. As an expert in both permanent, and freelancer recruiting, he is comfortable managing the most demanding of search assignments. Richard specialises in working with high-tech companies and making strategic hires. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Aberystwyth University and a master’s degree from King’s College London
Agnes Horwood-Köhler
Since finishing her degree in International Business Management and Cultural Diversity in 2008, at the Cardiff Metropolitan University, Agnes has worked in technical recruiting. Over the years she has gained in-depth knowledge of the recruitment market and is happy to help with the most difficult to fill Science, Technology & Engineering positions. Through her years of experience as a senior recruiter, she identifies candidates for expert-level roles and helps companies with C-level search assignments.
Maximilian Heller
He joined Horwood-Köhler GmbH, as a recruitment consultant, in October 2023 helping our clients to recruit Technology DevOps, Cloud, Security & Infrastructure experts. At the same time, he is continuing his academic career and studying for a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources Management.
